now i know for me and my tired af fibro body and soul, committing to a 30 day challenge is just setting myself up to fail and it’ll probably make me feel slightly rubbish and remind me, once again, of my limitations.

so like everything else i have to do in life, i thought we could break it down into smaller steps. 5 days to challenge or habit track. then build up using the next 5 increments. or stay at 5 days. whatever you like.

i’ve also made journal space available so you can write down about what went good, what wasn’t so good, etc. the trackers that are over 14 days have additional journal pages to recap and journal about the week itself.
