despite our chronic diagnosis, life goes on and stress is part of life. we can’t control what’s going in out there, but we can control what’s going on in our own mind. this vast realm within us is still almost a complete unknown with very little understanding of what’s really going on. it’s too complex, too intricate, too entangled, for current medical technology🤷🏻‍♀️

so while we wait for them to finally map the brain, we’ll turn to behaviour and though modification instead. which worlds just as well, and helps so many people each and every day.

one of the cool things we have found out about the way we behave and how our thoughts are shaped, is that it isn’t permanent. it’s not set in concrete and forever our fate to think and act in that manner.
