-three days to a page. these can be cut up and used in journals if you wish.
-hand drawn figures (front and back) to mark where ones daily pain has been experienced.
-space to record those locations and any extra notes
-seven blocks of time across the day to rate ones pain out of 10 and to describe the pain during that time.
I have fibro and deal with its many symptoms each and every day. While we know there isn’t a cure (yet) for fibro, there are known ways to help. One of them is tracking your daily pain and using it to refer back to when trying to work out the reasons why one might enter a flare up. Pages like this also help us to have a degree of control over ourselves and our lives.

🪐 the page come in:

▪️full colour: for the digital journal lovers: these pages work beautifully in apps such as Goodnotes and Notability, or the PDF program on your device. unless you have a professional grade colour printer, i suggest using these coloured versions only for digital work.

▪️black and white: for those not needing or wanting the colour, or want to add their own. b&w is best for when printing and is the most practical option for when printing at home.

▪️in sizes A4 and US letter: so no matter where you reside, you can print them in your preferred size (if you want to change the size use your printers scaling function)

▪️this is not a template to be altered and resold/shared.
